Expanded and deployed team: Scaled design team between 2 to 15 members depending on need; efficiently deployed teammates into projects by implementing global collaboration processes. Development of “Expertise Squads” and mentorship programs were central to this success.
Led diverse teams: Managed design execution across 3-5 concurrent project teams in various industries, including creation of an award-winning pandemic simulation and readiness game for students.
Transformed practice & strategic focus: Transitioned our practice from product and production design to match a strategic shift to consultation and experience transformation, developing 15 new service offerings for market expansion.
Leader within Experience discipline–defining requirements, defining interaction models, flows, wireframes, and information architecture. Worked closely with engineering partners to launch products and implemented testing plans for incremental improvements post-deployment. Projects included digital product builds, replatforming marketplaces, e-commerce experiences, and learning portals.
Project UX lead on the Creative team, handling projects from landing pages and email templates to a complete redesign of an airline's loyalty experience. Focus on interaction design, user testing for loyalty portal.
